Fellas…are there "girlie" things that you like/enjoy?

I enjoy a good pedicure from time to time.
Seriously? I'm not judging, I'm genuinely curious. I find even going to get my hair cut to be a nuisance, so I have a hard time imagining how a pedicure would be enjoyable ;)

Do you find it relaxing?

I know a lot of guys who get pedicures. I've never done it myself, though. I don't really like other people touching my feet.

Very. They soak your feet in a warm tub and then the scrub away all those rough callouses. My wife bugged me for years to go because I have such thick callouses and after finally relenting I found I enjoyed it. I don't really care on way or the other for pedicures though.

I like The Powerpuff Girls. Does that count?

I got hooked on General Hospital for a while, back in the 1980s.

I like Touched by an Angel.

Are these things girlie enough?

I've been hooked on GH since the early 80's. There were periods in the 90's I didn't watch, but I've been back on it for a long time now.

OLTL too, near the end of it's ABC run.

Cotton panties. But that is strictly a comfort thing.

I'm more of a satin panties kinda guy, but there's very few styles that can contain my "junk", so it's more for fun.

Bath Bombs from Lush, Neighbours (the soap opera), Stevie Nicks, and I reluctantly became a cat fan last year.

Oh, and Thrash Metal. When I met my wife twenty something years ago, I was mainly into classic and prog rock, she was into Slayer, Anthrax, Metallica and Co., so that's 'girlie' music !

I like the Japanese girl group Perfume. A lot.
Are they as good as Shonen Knife?

I love Shonen Knife, but they are two different types of music, so not fair to compare.

Nocchi <3 :)

My musical tastes tend to be more feminine. I don't gravitate to punk-rock or hard rock or anything masculine like that. I like a good love song. I like Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, etc.

I don't like guns. I don't like video games. I don't like action films or horror films. I like sports, but not when they fight. I like the glory of the competition when two teams go after each other on the basketball court. Still, being pansexual, I can appreciate the male basketball players when they are sweaty and showing their abs, half-dressed in the locker room.

As a child, I was ridiculed for having girl friends. Not people I slept with, but girls that were friends. I was a shoulder to cry on when a boyfriend dumped them or a sympathetic ear when they needed someone to wax about if a boy liked them or not. Just the usual stuff. No sleepovers, but there were midnight conversations on the phone.

I detest violence. That means I don't like cop shows (OR FBI OR NCIS OR CSI). I celebrate when the glass ceiling breaks for any group, even women. I can't STAND reality programming and I detest anyone who makes me watch it, male or female. It's just not that interesting to me.

I would much rather sit down and watch Atonement or In Her Shoes than watch The Sopranos. I like a good love story, and good drama. I don't appreciate where things blow up or people die.

To be honest, I don't know where I draw the line anymore. I just like what I like and let other people judge. I like to be stimulated intellectually. I like to be massaged and pampered sometimes. But I still express myself as a man. A man who is gay, a man who is effeminate sometimes, maybe, but still a man.

When I was in jr high (6th-8th grade, where I was at the time), I used to have a friend my age who was a girl who would come over once or twice a week, and we would go in my room with the door closed. My dad told my mom to leave it be, because he thought I was effeminate and worried that I was going to be gay, and I think he liked the idea that I might be getting around a couple of bases with a girl. I've never had the heart to tell him that all we were ever doing was playing video games and watching "Sweet Dreams: The Patsy Cline Story" over and over.

I was remiss to forget:

My best mate and I actually spent an evening learning the choreo to the Lotte Fit's commercials. We've seen all possible versions that can be found online.

I love many of the Disney animated movies, many of them which have princesses. Except for Sleeping Beauty, since Aurora is boring.

FROZEN was my favorite film of 2013.
