favorite way to eat eggs?

For me it was a bit of an experiment. I hadn't seen any of my friends and family do that with them before. I was just winging it and hoping it wouldn't end up tasting like crap.

I think I'll also pass on the urine cooked eggs that are also popular in parts of China.

I was just hearing/reading about them (the urine-cooked eggs) the other day, can't remember where. I gather they prefer the urine of young virgin boys for its fragrant aroma. No joke...

As for those duck fetuses in the shell, I’ve never tried them but they sound like they might be tasty.
