favorite way to eat eggs?

Store-bought egg salad tends to have way too much mayonnaise for my liking, and seeing as I love mayo that's saying something. I add chopped green onions to my egg salad. They add a nice kick.

I love eggs in all its forms, but my favourite is poached eggs, slightly acidic from vinegar in the water, on toast, with a touch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

scrambled and put between two slices of toasted wheat bread
cooked inside a pepper slice
deviled
boiled
yummmy :D

I like them:
-Scrambled (with ketchup)
-Hard boiled (with a touch of salt)
-Poached (with some pepper)
-Runnery (over-easy)
-In egg salad

Had bacon and eggs for breakfast. It had been like a year since the last time. 800 calories. Ridiculous.

But omg, so good. :(

I once experimented with scrambled eggs and pita pockets, both white and wheat. A scrambled egg pita is very delicious and I'd recommend trying one(unless pita bread isn't your thing). The combination of the textures of the pita bread along with the fluffiness of the eggs was very appealing. If you make them, be sure to fill the pita pocket at least half full or stuff it to the brim. For the record, wheat pita was a little better than white when it comes to this experiment but that's just my individual tastes.

an "experiment," eh?;) I think that's a pretty common way of eating them, especially if you add cheese in the pita.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go "experiment" with some peanut butter, some jelly, and some white bread. I'm going to see what happens when you combine them.
