What it says on the tin. I'm starting to rewatch ENT after all these years, and it's really hitting me how much the show changed over the course of four years. Each season ended up being fairly unique. I'm a bit torn and want to see what you guys all think and why.

Not only is season 3 my favorite Enterprise season, it's my favorite season of Trek.
My top 5 looks like this:
1) Enterprise: Season 3 (8.85/10)
2) Deep Space Nine: Season 7 (8.52/10)
3) Deep Space Nine: Season 5 (8.31/10)
4) Enterprise: Season 4 (8.30/10)
5) Deep Space Nine: Season 4 (8.28/10)
(TNG enters the list at #6. Voyager at #11. I have not rated TOS.)
My reason why would be consistency. The lowest scoring episode for me that entire season is Carpenter Street (6.5/10), and even that is a good episode. No other season of Trek is consistently that good. Not to mention the final three episodes (all 10/10), which is the most intense 3 episode run of Trek I've ever seen.

Season 4 for me. It had some really good story arcs, and started to have the original series feeling.
Oh without a single doubt in my mind it has to go to Season 4, it all came together and the writers were churning out splendid two/three parter stories that actually had connections to Trek lore; connecting to TOS and finally validating itself as a true prequel series and of course celebrating the whole of Trek with it.
Loved how the little loose ends were tied up, whether that be Silik, Temporal Cold War or the Klingon ridges debate. Loved how they started to add colour to the sets and atmosphere, with the blue turbo lift doors to the fast blinky computer lights. Liked the new Command chair, more in line with Kirk's.
Also, unlike some ENT fans, I loved TATV, it felt like a true send off not only to the series but also to episodic Star Trek at the time. The ending montage makes me smile.

Season 4 without a doubt. Liked the story arcs. 
I voted for season 3, which just edges out season 4 for me, though 4 is also excellent.

Season 7 of DS9 is far weaker than seasons 5 and 6 and even 4, IMO.
Season 3. The Xindi were brilliant. Enterprise stopped being "more Voyager" and finally became worthy of the name "Star Trek".

I loved the short two and three part story arcs. I thought it was a better, and more focused, way of doing an arc than what they did in Season 3. However, Season 3 was still awesome.

Season 3 is my favorite. It had the highest percentage of the series' greatest episodes. However, season 3 also had a fair number of bad episodes - Exile, Extinction, North Star, Hatchery.
Season 4 was my second favorite. It had the lowest number of clunkers, making it the series' most consistently good. Daedaus may have been the only clunker. But ironically, even that episode was at least better than Exile and Extinction.

What is the purpose of including Seasons 1 and 2 in this poll? 
Anyway, I feel like voting for Season 3 today. I have no real preference between 3 and 4 though. There are pretty different, but equally good.

Although I really have to say that I don't think seasons 1 and 2 are as bad as people say they are. They're not stellar, but certainly better than the first two seasons of TNG, or even DS9.

I agree that they're better than the first two seasons of TNG, and that season 1 of ENT may be better than season 1 of DS9 - but season 2 of ENT is not better than season 1 of DS9, and there's no way that the first 2 seasons of ENT are better than season 2 of DS9 (which is actually very underrated, IMO).What is the purpose of including Seasons 1 and 2 in this poll?
