so many choices, i like all of the above but basics i thought was good. I liked the whole plot behind it and poor janeway getting smacked by cullah.
Not only that but it relied on good story-telling rather than kewl explosions.

She beat Seven at that game... and then there was "The Chute" ... "Dark Frontier" with the Borg Queen module... all those direct hits when baddies were on her bridge... she can use a freakin' Klingon Bat'leth
Janeway and Besty are good buddies. She's an excellent shot!
Scorpion, bar none. Everyone had some good moments (even Chakotay ), we got to see something truly unique and interesting in the STverse (Species 8472), and it's a great drama piece that doesn't let up with the tension or good character writing in the second part at all. It also had a brilliant solution to an impossible dilemma. Some of Voyager at its absolute best.
For me, Basics and Future's End are similar...that is, they seem to both be pretty popular, but I don't think either are all that great...but that's just me.

Year of Hell won it for me.
The first part of Scorpion was perhaps one of the best episodes ever in the Voyager series but the 2nd was such an anti-climax not to mention latter on Species 8472 was look like just any other race that puts it down another few points.
