Osiris announced they will release their 33 minute film, "Relay 97" on October 28, 2011.

It's funny, I decided to start featuring my backlog of found but not announced Star Trek parodies and comedies on weeks with no releases, and to turn the release of Starfleet Academy in German at a theater in Germany into an Oktoberfest event, giving me an excuse to mention a number of new German Language finds, so now it's starting to look like there will be releases almost every week over the next few months. I'm sure some of them will come in twos. I expect both Aurora and Potemkin's The Void will be out before year end. There may be one or two first releases from new film makers as well. And I expect a flood of films out of the new Xtranormal Fem Trekz modules, as well as more than a few out of Xtranormal's own TOS series modules. 2010 was slow, but as we approach the now abandoned 2012 release date for STXII or JJA Trek 2, it's starting to look a lot like Niagra Falls (Victoria Falls for anyone who has been to Zambia but not upstate New York).
 
Wow! Sounds like the next few months will be a great time for fan film folks. Of course, sometimes things get in the way of Trek. There was a weekend in which four productions were scheduled to come out. Only one did, and the others took up to three months to be released. Still, keep us informed, Barb. I'd hate to miss a shiny new project because I forgot to check Star Trek Reviewed.
 
Speaking of catching stuff, Star Trek Eagle just release their second episode, The Bismark. You know where to find all the details on how to watch it, right?

No date yet, but Aurora's final episode will probably be out in the next two weeks. I've cancelled my plan for a German Fan Film general headline, there is just too much real news right now. I'll save it for when it gets slow, or for each film as they are released with English subtitles.

I just keep saying "Wow!" Between Aurora, Osiris, Eagle and Unity (at least), I won't have to look far to find something to review for a while.
