Episodes won't play, movies work

Does anyone else have this problem? Neither Disco, PIC, TZ, or LD work anymore, all I see is the spinning circle. FC and Naked Gun start playing immediately.

Have you tried it on a phone/tablet? Sometimes, switching platforms makes it work for me when there's an issue.

Edit: Nevermind

What was so odd is that movies worked fine and episodes didn't. Netflix and Youtube were fine as well

I'm not saying its not odd but technology is such that restarting often makes it work better. It's my default solution when solving IT problems. Whatever memory the app was using to buffer the TV side wasn't enough to make it work.

Refreshing didn't help, I thought it's the same as closing and reopening a tab, but apparently it isn't

Closing it actual refreshes the memory itself, which makes the difference.

For the last three weeks or so, I'm not getting any commercials when I watch a fresh episode. They still show up for older episodes and later rewatches. This happens on both usual devices (phone/laptop) so doesn't seem to be connected to any AdBlock-type service I may have inadvertently installed (CBS doesn't allow AdBlock to run on their All Access site... I'm told).

Does this happen to anyone else? Is this just CBS's fault for not properly putting in the ad breaks right away?
