Thanks for that, made me chuckle like a loon when I saw what you wrote.

Not quite, he was in the cockpit after he was rescued from Bespin, but ANH is the last time he was in it with Han.It just now occurs to me that this will be the first time we've seen Luke in the Falcon's cockpit since half-way through ANH. He never set foot aboard during tESB or RotJ and after they escaped the Death Star his only scenes were in the cargo hold and the gunnery chair. Not sure why but it feels a little weird that I never noticed this till now.
I stand corrected. Not sure how that managed to slip my mind. Not quite, he was in the cockpit after he was rescued from Bespin, but ANH is the last time he was in it with Han.

OK, so that's two things that slipped my brain. Weird, after all the times I've seen these movies you'd think I'd know them verbatim! Must be getting old and senile. Was the discussion about Leia in ANH before or after the battle? That scene was also in the cockpit, right? About how Han teases Luke about liking Leia.

Nope, we didnt. After defeating Jabba, Luke and R2 go to dagobah, while han, chewie, leia and 3PO return to the rebel fleet. Then when the heroes go to Endor, it' in the stolen imperil shuttle.Did we see any of the big three in the Falcon cockpit in Return of the Jedi? I know we see Lando and Nien Nunb (I think I spelled that right), and some other Rebels in it during the Battle of Endor, but I don't remember seeing Han, Luke or Leia in it before that.
IIRC we never even saw any of them physically set foot in her. They only rebuilt the exterior set piece for the cut sandstorm scene, so for the scene with Han & Lando, the Falcon in the background is just matte painting.Did we see any of the big three in the Falcon cockpit in Return of the Jedi? That's pretty cool that they're both puppets and CGI. I had just assumed they were going to be fully CGI.
