Enterprise-E question

On the underside of the saucer, there is what looks like either a series of large windows or a secondary navigational deflector. I'm not entirely sure which. If the former, would that be the large reception area that we saw at the beginning of Insurrection?

There was a turbolift map visible at the lift our heroes took to that reception facility in ST:Insurrection. It showed, with a bright dot, the ride going from the bridge down and aft, and there's indeed a set of suitably slanted windows on the specified Deck 9 at the spine of the ship - just aft of the dark band below the shuttlebay area. That's where the reception supposedly was held, then.

But any glowing spot on the exterior of the hull can be a window or a deflector or a sensor dish in Trek; we still debate on the nature of the round glowing things at the bow of Kirk's ship, say.
