"The Home Team" - NX-01 hosts the incoming senior staff of the NX class Liberty, who are participating in a training exercise to familiarize themselves with the controls and layout of an NX class ship, as the Liberty's launch has been delayed due to production problems. While the crew share their pearls of wisdom, T'Pol becomes suspicious of their guests for no defined reason, and questions whether it's good instincts or paranoia on her part. Archer suggests that the crews have a dodgeball game to let off steam and foster goodwill. During the game, they learn that some of the Liberty crew has become frustrated with and suspicious of the repeated delays, finally deciding they're going on a mission now...even if they have to steal a ship to do it. (They take advantage of the game's distraction) But when their little stunt takes NX-01 into a region that the Klingons have just claimed, it's up to NX-01's crew to fix what the Liberty rebels broke.

"Ejection" A meeting the the Coalition of Planets erupts into chaos as the membership is divided over Coridan retaining it's membership. It has come to light that Coridan has entered a trade agreement with the Romulan Star Empire. The RSE has stepped up its anti-Earth rhetoric and has been involved with several incidents involving shipping. The Coridians claim no wrong doing and the RSE is a legitimate trade partner. The Tellerites and the Andorians disagree. And Vulcan has sided with the Coridians, claiming the other two members have ulterior motives. It's up to Archer and the Enterprise to get to bottom of things

Making things worse the Earth's representative is Admiral Allister Reed (Royal Navy, ret.)

"The Ties That Bind" - Tucker is taken hostage, along with Cain Bray, a man he hasn't seen since they briefly became "blood brothers" at summer camp as kids when Bray's parents were divorcing. Bray has led his captor to believe that Tucker has the information he seeks in order for the smarter man to help Bray escape. Meanwhile, T'Pol asks Hoshi to work with her on a female Vulcan handicraft-weaving ritual that she was unable to complete with her mother, which brings up difficult memories.

To the ongoing discomfort of Phlox, a strange young refugee becomes enamored with him, swearing eternal servitude to him for saving her life, even refusing to sleep anywhere but outside his quarters. Phlox decides the only way to set her right is to make her understand that his ministrations are simply a trade, by training her to be a doctor.

"The Sweet By And By" - Archer awakens with a headache on the beach of an unknown planet, dressed in strange clothes. He is found by aliens who take him to a facility where others who have been found there are housed, all of whom, like him, claim to have had other lives and can't explain how they arrived on the planet. Over time, they've become used to living together in a commune, peacefully. Archer's frequent insistence that he has somewhere else to be persists as he lives and works with them, and he is put in a group therapy with others like him whose wanting to be elsewhere is treated like a disorder...and not just other planets, but other places on that planet; everybody believes their planet is dead and gone, and only their community remains. Archer knows the beach was not in the enclosed community, but outside, though everyone says it's inside, but refuses to take him back there.

"Loops, Whorls, and Archers"
The Enterprise is arriving in orbit of Vulmara as a favor to Phlox after he needed more regulan blood worms and other supplies, and suggested Vulmara as a stop as one of his daughters is on the planet.
Archer, at the behest of Trip and T'Pol takes some time off on the planet. Touring a local market place, Archer is bumped into and pushed to the ground by a cute Vulmara woman, Apologizing she helps him up and dusts him off, and bids her goodbye, a minute later a Vulmara cop pulls Archer aside and roughly searches him, finding prohibited item on him, and arrests him.
A Vulmara detective listens to Archers story, and somewhat believes him, and they both go looking for the Vulmara woman as she is a wanted person in connection with a murder.
Detective show ensues.

B plot, Mayweather tells Reed of Vulmara womens "Appetites" and Trip and Reed go down to the planet to find out (more of the Risa Hijinks from them)

I Know Why The Caged Orion Sings

The Enterprise is escorting an Vulcan envoy to an Orion colony. Among them is the last living Vulcans who was at Earth's first contact. Unfortunately, the Vulcan despises Humans and shows it. With him is a young Vulcan, a granddaughter of his who takes an interest in Hoshi. Hoshi brings her Earth books when she learns she loves tall tales and fairy stories. Things almost come to blow when her grandfather threatens to pin the failure of the talk on Archer over Hoshi. He changes his minds when the granddaughter uses what she read to mediate things between the two adults and helps save the day.

"Stars in your Eyes"- While on a long haul between star systems, the Enterprise crew takes the time to answer questions and comment's from school children back on Earth. Through the letters and their responses, the crew regains a childlike sense of wonder and hope for the future.

"The Wall": NX-01 attempts to re-establish relations with the Ronuu, a race that ceased in-person contact with the outside universe two centuries ago, preferring to transmit messages and broadcasts over the comms. The impetus is the smuggling of black market data cards providing proof that the Ronuu have not been thriving in isolation, but rather have been occupied and persecuted by the Aigar, a faction that overtook the planet by opening an ancient portal between their worlds. Archer and Hoshi go undercover into Aigar containment zones to locate the source of the information and prove it's genuine, but they become separated. Meanwhile, Tucker and T'Pol attempt to locate the Aigar portal and close it off.

"Distaff Side" - The Enterprise has made contact with the planet Friggia III. The planet's society is divided by gender lines. Men and women do not mix other than for procreation. At birth children are sent to be raised by gender. A landing party consisting of Archer, Phlox, T'Pol and Hoshi are sent to negotiate. T'Pol and Hoshi are immediately sent to female quarters. There they meet the matriarchs and begin to explain who they are and why they are there. They discover that the arts and sciences are considered "feminine", so they are pleased to see T'Pol and Hoshi. The two Enterprise crewwoman are amazed at the technology on display, including the device that signaled the Enterprise.

In the men's quarters, Archer and Phlox meet with the men. The men are involved with building, agriculture and manufacturing. They show little interest in the Enterprise or it's mission. The just want to do their jobs. So Archer and Phlox are at loose ends. Archer realizes that decision making is going to be made in the women's quarters. He's concerned about T'Pol's ability to pull off a negotiation and is anxious to know what's going on. He tries to contact T'Pol with communicator but it gets confiscated.

"A Whiter Shade of Pale" - A fugitive from justice, albino human Kane Stoddard has taken refuge in an Aenar offshoot settlement, presenting himself as one of them. When NX-01 is tasked with bringing him to justice, he is defended by those in the settlement, who believe him innocent, though they learn of his deception. He is accused of murdering his wife, but Phlox begins to suspect the doctor who gave him an experimental mind implant may have been responsible.

"Glowworm"

The Enterprise is sick, over 40% of the crew have come down with Rigielian Mumps, and if not treated it will last for months and end with debilitating aftereffects. Fortunately, Phlox knows of a treatment, and where to get it.
There is one dwarf planet in the Teiliv system known as Xiria, it has no atmosphere, but what Phlox is interested in is under the crust in a cave system discovered byt the Teiliv people hundreds of years ago, in the caves they discovered a multitude of pharmaceutical remedies. The Teiliv are small in number so they don't actively mine the planet, only when needed, but do allow a small number of outsiders to mine the area. Phlox knows of the the planet as one of his daughters, Auryn, lives there, helping out the population with water cultivation.

With Auryn leading the way, her, Phlox, and Mayweather go down to Xiria to mine the medicine There is air, but not enough oxygen, so they wear breathers. When they get down there they discover a beautiful cave system with light provided by glowing crystals, bathing the caverns in an amythist light. Auryn knows of the area where they need to go and lead. However about 30 minutes in, she is confused, there are more tunnels than when she was last here with the Teiliv 3 months ago, and that they may be lost. Mayweather, being an experieanced cave diver, looks at the cave walls and discovers that they were recently made. Auryn is confuesed as the dating of the caves says that the system is thousands of years old when tested.
They discover that every few thousand years, the "Glowworms" exit hybernation
and eat new tunnels for a few months, then go back into hibernation, but the away team has to navigate the new cave system and avoid the worms as they are territorial and chase the team.

"The Tale of Aybram" - A group of children crowd around the oldest man in their village, begging him to tell them another story. Chuckling, he tells them a tale he never told before; of the time he met with a landing party from NX-01, trying to remain incognito on the pre-warp planet as they search for a missing crew member who crashed a shuttlepod there. In between parts of the story, his adult daughter, who is trying to decide whether to leave the village for love or not, takes inspiration from the story of explorers. He assures the children it's all just a story, but we know better, don't we?

"Affinity"
A Story: While investigating a derelict alien vessel, T’Pol unknowingly becomes host to a sentient parasite. The parasite, which feeds on neurological energy, is intelligent enough to hide its presence, carefully mimicking T’Pol’s usual Vulcan demeanor. However, it cannot suppress its newfound obsession with Earth scones, leading to increasingly peculiar behavior. Archer and Trip grow suspicious when T’Pol, who previously dismissed human pastries as "irrelevant," begins baking them during off-duty hours and quoting obscure Pakled poetry about tea. The situation escalates when T’Pol experiences what are initially believed to be hallucinations but are actually the parasite’s attempts to influence her mind and explore its environment. The crew discovers the parasite's presence after a medical scan reveals neural anomalies. A tense confrontation arises as the parasite resists removal, claiming its intelligence deserves preservation. Ultimately, Phlox devises a treatment that safely extracts the parasite, which is relocated to a non-sentient host.

B Story: Unrelated to the parasite, Dr. Phlox develops his own unexplained obsession with scones, which he enthusiastically incorporates into Denobulan cuisine and shipboard meals. His cheerful, over-the-top enthusiasm for baking leads to lighthearted moments, including a disastrous attempt to replicate scones for Porthos that ends with Archer's quarters covered in flour. Despite thorough scans, no parasite or medical condition is found in Phlox—he simply loves scones. The episode ends with a comedic twist as T’Pol, now cured, eyeing Phlox’s latest creation with wary curiosity, muttering: “On Vulcan, we have something similar. We call it dirt.”

"Congruence"

This story is set in the period between Terra Prime and TatV.

A transporter accident results in the creation of a mirror image of Hoshi Sato, down to the molecular level. She appears to be perfectly normal, although her heart is now on the right side of her body and her left hand has become dominant. She finds it difficult to read ordinary text in any language, but reading the mirror image is easy. Much hilarity ensues as the crew compete over who can invent the cleverest devices to help her.

Only Dr. Phlox appears to be worried, and he's very worried indeed. It turns out that because the amino acids that make up proteins are asymmetrical molecules, her body can't digest the food she's eating, and she's becoming weaker as she's effectively starving to death while surrounded by food her body can't digest.

Dr. Phlox works around the clock to synthesize mirror-image proteins Hoshi can eat, while Trip has Archer's permission to enlist any member of the crew who might be able to help him recreate the transporter accident and reverse Hoshi's problem. In the end they manage to do just that, although it takes 7 attempts before the cure works. Afterwards, Hoshi is so traumatized that she refuses to step into a transporter ever again and she's taken off the crew roster for away missions.

"Mens Sana in Corpore Sano" - NX-01 is visited by Admiral Earl, who believes Starfleet crews have grown too soft, and is making an inspection tour of crew physical health.Earl's visit coincides with an exploration mission to the Quarusu system, which he feels is as good a time as any to whip the crew into shape, so he leads the landing party, much to everyone's displeasure. Meanwhile, Reed worries about passing a new IQ/aptitude test that is being tested for usage in Starfleet.

Mens Sana in Corpore Sano

As the Enterprise is heading for the Iphus system, Phlox has a growing concern. This particular area of space is pretty sparse of planetary systems, so the time between systems has gone from a couple of days to over a week, and the crews fitness is waning from all the down time.

So Phlox and Reed come up with a plan, Reed has been on an Anime kick as of late, and alot of the shows have a "School Festival" episode where the students participate in fitness activies, so Reed suggests a Crew Festival! There will be games for the crew to participate in, and prizes won like more shore leave, time off, priority menu items, etc.
This has the effect of bringing up the morale of the crew with all getting into shape to participate.
B Story: Hoshi has always been terrible at fitness event, and enlist Mayweather to help her get in better shape for one of the games.

"Stray Lambs"
The Enterprise gets a call from Starfleet Command, 3 ships have gone missing in the Goloth sector, The Kyushu, the Vanguard, and the Khayyam. Each ship is of the newly uprated Intrepid class, and have been tracing Enterprise's route and following up with visited planets and surveys. The ships haven't been in contact in a few days, and there are no signs of them from any coalition ships.
The Enterprise changes course and heads tot he Goloth sector to see if they can find the ships.
Trip remembers the Goloth sector as the time they encountered the Ocorix, and that they weren't that freindly to the ship. Never engaged in any hostile action but there were always a few ships following the Enterprise untill it left there area.

Upon arrival, the Enterprise finds the Khayyam first, and they find it disabled, no physical damage, but the captain says that an unidentified ship fired a pulse at the ship, and it deactivated main power, and then just as fast, left the area. Havent been able to restore power since.
The Enterprise gives the Khayyam a "Jump Start" by connecting there power to the Khayyam. The 2 ships then head out to go find the other 2 ships.

Find out that the Ocorix are responsible, there very xenophobic, and only Tolerated when the Enterprise when through, but when 3 other Terran ships came through, they disabled them to protect there system as they thought it was a prelude to an invasion. Archer negotiates for safe passage, and tells them we will stay out of there area until they want to talk.

"How to Avoid Dangerous Ships" - Narrated from the POV of the senior crew members (taking turns), we observe NX-01's passage through a disputed and dangerous area of space as each one offers tips for a handbook on starship life (the things they don't tell you) that they are helping to compile. Meanwhile, Trip is trying to avoid a crew woman who is under the mistaken impression that he left her an anonymous love note.

"Mere Logic" - Enterprise is extorted into transporting Captain Vanik of the Ti'Mur to Vulcan for trial. Seems the normally level-headed commander executed a subordinate for violating protocol and the High Command wants answers why. Archer is exasperated by the tight-lipped Captain, who refuses to reveal his reasons or the situation. Not even T'Pol can break through to him, pointing out that he will be imprisoned or exiled in disgrace if he can't justify his actions. Vanik simply points out that he had a very logical reason for what he did, and that High Command will see it that way, too. He sees no point in divulging the facts. Which is the subordinate was a Romulan spy that had infiltrated his vessel. And there could be others throughout the Vulcan fleet. It was sensible for High Command to remove the Captain from view, and what better place than aboard the Earth ship and its bigoted Captain.

"Drought": T'Pol takes Trip with her to a Vulcan meditation retreat when he suffers from burnout on the job. Women and men are separated, and he feels out of place, until he makes friends with Jernik, a young Vulcan who has come to the retreat to decide whether he really wishes to marry his betrothed, T'sura. Meanwhile, NX-01 delivers and helps set up an irrigation system on the Vulcan colony the retreat is located on, but somebody keeps sabotaging their efforts.
