No. Rogue One did a billion dollars, so now we are going to get endless rehashes of prior concepts.
I'm not too excited to see the Borg. The Breen I could take or leave. Given that the Spore Drive can jump through time -- it already jumped nine months -- I hope it means if we see the Borg, they've left the 23rd Century.
While I've defended the Klingon War and Section 31 on DSC, and I thought the Mirror Universe was fun, I don't feel inclined to defend the Borg and the Breen. This is straight-up 24th Century.

Straight up lack of creativity. If it were a reboot (which it really is) it wouldn't matter. Except for the lack of creativity.

Though, in general, I don't think the Borg would be a good fit for DSC... and TNG/VOY covered them well enough.
If you're going to revisit old stuff, give us stuff that hasn't been on screen since TOS. Excallibans, the horta, triskellian brains, talosians, the vians... Now that we can retread TOS for new stories, give us more of some of those cool underutilized aliens.

the show still pre-dates TOS, so they really can't do those aliens.
I remember reading somewhere that the final design for the uniform came late in production with all the extra arrowhead emblem panels printed on the side, color matching trousers, etc. It seems now to have gone from understated to (IMO) the somewhat overdone Overbranded Blues the show ultimately got.
If the Borg never show up again it will be too soon by my reckoning.
I think we've finally hit upon something everyone here can agree to.
They haven't been on-screen in sixteen years. Last time we saw them was "Regeneration".
