dress uniform pants?

Would recommend looking on the Cygnis XI site for screen caps for the court martial episode.
I don't really like the uniforms on the women in snw but it is not the end of the world. the pants with the dress uniforms looks too bland, bulky like a big oversize sweater and the one they wear with the men needs more femininity spin.
When it comes to costume which is a big part of the story, character development and artisity. I like when the costume designer finds a balance with the period piece of the series as well as the best dressings to capture the audience gaze.
I was watching the Oscars in 2025 and one of the best moments of the show was when they announced the nominees for the best costume and production designs. You can see how much goes into details with how they want to present characters, even some cloths are meant to be the story itself or be part of the character's development.
when it comes to females on star trek, I want them to look nice as they can since it is a tv show and people do look nice for tv anyway but also still be realistic for me to buy they are in a particular environment like in space exploring new worlds.

no that is not true, to the contrary I gave an overview of the uniform in contrast to others. maybe I should have said I do not really care as long as they look good on the characters. something I thought I wrote.
ironically the pants seem pretty standard with the dress, but it reflects better on the men so maybe not the best standard for women.
