It's a total soap opera and I love it.
Waiting for the Marigold thing to become public. Waiting for a Thomas suicide, which would'nt be so nice, since you can see how he's just trying to be accepted, but has no idea how.
Hate to see the show go, it's a nice Sunday night staple.

If I remember Deadwood correctly it's a good way of getting rid of dead bodies.

Once again, Mary proves how utterly heartless she is. And again, I still don't care about Thomas even now that it's painfully obvious that he's going to kill himself.

But on the plus side, Edith got a great comeback on Mary early on in the episode and Violet ruled every second of that meeting with that stuck fiance.

I know I've said it before, and while it's refreshing to hear Edith call out Mary for her foul wretchedness, I will be very pissed off if Mary fucks up Edith's chances for happiness.

I watched the reaction to it unfold on Twitter (it won't air until March over here), and the number of people pleading with Fellowes to give them the ending they wanted was touching. All I can figure is that the Christmas special will be the real series ending, so the characters who didn't get closure here still have another 90 minutes.

I'll admit I found the way everyone was trying to get Mary to take Talbot a bit creepy.
But that does not excuse what Mary did to Edith or the way the family just forgave the bitch.
Oh it's been notice in the last scene with Edith in the grave yard it looks like Edith has got a halo

I'm really happy that Edith got her rich sweet Marquess but has I feared I felt a few things were a bit rushed because there were a few story lines to wrap up in the last episode.
