Fred took a big tumble today. He fell off the bed and dropped 4 feet onto the hardwood floor. At first he wouldn’t move for a few minutes and was almost completely limp. I thought it was over. As you all know he’s 17, so I’m on constant high alert. I thought I was gonna lose him.

he came to a few minutes later and seems okay, but very wobbly. I got him to eat a piece of cheese so I’m thinking it was just a bad fall. We’re napping now and he’s snoring. I’m keeping an eye on him but I think he’s gonna be alright.

Yeah, Gracie is kinda like that, she likes to burrow her head in the blankets so that her eyes are covered.

It might not hurt to get him checked out eventually, if you feel it's necessary. Just to be safe.
