I didn't like the Barclay crossovers that much because they just came out of nowhere, even that really early one (Projections). I think they used him a little too much, with more appearances than series TNG, but I always liked watching Dwight Schultz get outside Howling Mad Murdock, where I'd first seen him.
And Neelix was my least favorite character, though Ethan Phillips did an excellent job at making him annoying and could make the character sympathetic. Neelix only wanted to be liked and feel useful.
I used to...disdain...the TNG crossovers, esp as not a fan of that series. Bah, who are these usurpers coming into my precious VOY just to boost ratings? Rewatching recently found didn't mind so much. I guess 'cause always kinda liked Barclay. He was like TNG's whipping boy, and always had soft spot for underdogs. Plus Schultz is actually a pretty decent actor. Troi/Sirtis? Meh, but she was ok.

VOY's TNG crossovers were lovely. Barclay is a great character, good to see someone with real flaws rather than just the occasional power mad admiral. Troi looked gorgeous and sounded like a sort of normal person finally. But what really lifts them is that the VOY TNG crossovers are works of art after you've been exposed to that stench on a stick that ENT gave us.

The movies had mood lighting. Voyager just had box lights turned up to 11.
Thing I don't get is that Zimmrman was secretly in love with the little blond Hologram even as he was seducing Leeta and trying to woo her away to Jupiter Station.
Haley(She was a primary cast member of Odyssey 5? Cool.) would have drowned Lyta in an acid bath after a week.

It's a good question. Apparently she's just one of those girls who likes to be abused and controlled. I mean she let's Riker lead her on for seven plus years, while he's off making "first contact" with every random alien girl of the week.
It's only after he's old and bloated that he finally realizes the girls of the week are dating the hot younger officers and he finally commits to Troi due to lack of options.
I swear, Troi and Barclay had better chemistry than Troi and Riker.
I want to rescue Troi from that smarmy git. I should marry her and take her away from all that lurching and barking.
