Maybe I should figure out how to include the TARDIS...everyone else has.

Man, it's great just the way it is! I kind of liked how you didn't go the normal route we all did, and just had Odoctor doing his own thing taking on the Bad Wolf. :techman:

Yeah, that's what I was thinkin', too. My photoshop skills are non-existant, so I had to come up with something simple, and the brickwall promo photos Boston Legal did were perfect for grafitti.

"Odoctor" - nice.

If you feel the need to have the TARDIS included, you could always just have him wear a Police Box pin on his lapel or something...

;)

Nice pin.

:techman:

Also, it says a lot that Rene can give off that "Doctor"-vibe without needing the normal visual crutches that we all normally go for (i.e. the TARDIS, a companion, etc.)...

Its the three-piece suit with the fob watch, plus the distinguished facial features. He may not be English, but what the hell...

Not very good at this but figured Paterson Joseph deserved his shot in the limelight...he appears to experiencing TARDIS troubles however...

I don't think it's fair. Because the intent of the contest is to have people come up with clever or unusual casting decisions, and if yours is Tom, you're just going to get votes from fans of his Doctor.

No problem, consider it unentered.

I think I win the 'most unlikely casting' contest... ;)

My favourite comedian, Oliver Kalkofe, as the Doctor. He's actually a fan and I started watching the series only after his recommendation, so consider this my little tribute.

Thanks. I hate to disqualify entries, as I prefer to let the vote speak for itself, but what self-respecting Doctor Who fan wouldn't vote for Tom Baker? It sounds sacrilegious. ;)

That said, I can't think of an entry for my own contest.

You have my vote for sure. I love Oliver "Onkel Hotte" Kalkofe. Although I'm afraid I will be the only one. He isn't really THAT popular even around here. I too met him briefly personally by the way. He signed my Hotte X CD.

Wikki-wikki-Who, Doctor Who...

In west Kasterbourous, born and raised,
In the Capitol I spent most of my days.
Along came some Daleks, said 'Exterminate!',
I tried to run from those bubbling lumps of hate.

Got in one little Time War, t'was no cause for mirth,
so now I'm constantly going back to planet Earth.

Finally got to Earth and my Tardis was drained,
landed in a Welsh city in the pouring rain.
Found I could recharge it through the Torchwood Rift,
and that's how I became the Time Lord of Cardiff.

Yes, that's true, although I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that he's as popular as he is now. Back in the days when his show was still on premiere, no one knew him. Even people interested in comedy would look at you funny and ask, "Oliver who?" (Kind of fitting for this contest )

Cool. He's unexpectedly nice and gentle in real life. Nice to meet a fellow fan. :)

BTW: If you're ever interested in chatting with other Kalk fans, this might be the site for you (it has a forum and a quite active chat room). It's non-commercial, so I hope it's ok to post it here.
