Do you get dressed

LOL, Sector 7, you two were like a huge advertizing board: "hungry mosquitoes, have a free breakfast, lunch and supper here"

(but I bet you had fun nevertheless :))

I have house clothes and different clothes for leaving the house.

I always change from my sleeping shorts into daytime shorts or jogging bottoms.

Wouldn't bother with proper trousers or jeans in the house though.

Yesterday I sorted through all my clothes and no exaggeration I have 36 black t-shirts. Some are long sleeve. Some have fandom things on them. Some of them I sleep in and schlep around the house in. But, as per my city's preferred uniform for everything they are black.

So I look exactly the same whether I'm home all day or going out.

I wouldn't be surprised if I only had 36 articles of clothing (not including socks and underwear). Maybe I should go shopping.

I simply can't get going without getting dressed..so no PJs round the house for me..

My work wear is strictly 'Aviation' casual, (Levis, Hawaiian aloha shirts, socks, slip on shoes and belt) so on weekends I often go out with nice slacks and a good shirt with a decent pair of shoes. When working around the house, the only change from my work clothes is a T shirt (most of the ones I have are Hawaiian themed) and battered shoes..

I have several suits I wear on special occasions..and shoes to match..mostly Dear Wife's doing..

I am summoned. I am here.

Where is our Italian friend Iguana Tonante? I'm willing to bet he puts on a jacket and tie just to take out the garbage. :)
This assumes I don't have underlings to take trash out for me. :borg:

Which I don't. But I wish I had!

what are the stakes? I'm willing to bet he wears shorts and a t-shirt if the weather permits it :)
I do wear shorts and a t-shirt in the summer. But they are nice shorts and t-shirts!

And a scarf draped casually but oh-so-gracefully around his neck. :) I was in Rome for a couple days recently, and I thought of him every time I saw a well-dressed guy. Which means I thought of him quite often!
Oh my, aren't we flattering? :alienblush: I do like scarves, tho. I often find that a nice scarf can change a mundane outfit into a truly fashionable one.

To answer the OP question, I don't like to go around the house in my pajamas, even when I'm having a lazy day at home. I have dedicated housewear, like gym pants and sweaters for winter, shorts and t-shirts for summer. But I don't wear them outside the house.

Also, contrary to popular perception, I don't wear a jacket and tie every day. Just most days. :shifty:
