This is one of those threads that I expected to die down ages ago. I've not been on the Next Gen forum in a few weeks. Surprised to see this still going strong. Looks like I missed some fun times, and some good old hard-to-believe-they-are-star-trek-fans type bigotry. Looks like the sane have defended themselves well though. Rock on.

I sort of get what you're saying. And if anyone on this board who denies that there was ever a 'wesely is gay' vibe for that character certainly isn't being truthful. We have had many threads about Wesley's sexual preference. The thing is? Who cares.

I do deny that there was ever a "Wesley is gay" vibe. I'm being completely honest. Not once when I was growing up, did I ever consider Wesley was gay, or acted gay, or gave off some kind of gay "vibe". It didn't matter to me, I watched TNG for the stories and the characters, not their sexual orientation, and that's the truth.

Oh, and I liked the multicolor jumpers.
