I usually wake up quite hungry, so I always have breakfast: a marmalade-filled croissant, a tall grass of orange juice, and a shot of espresso, typically eaten at a bar (I suppose you would call it a coffee shop) on my way to work. I also usually have some fruits around 11, and as an afternoon snack. I found that eating little and often makes me feel better than a few big meals through the day.
Sometimes I have a bigger breakfast when I'm away in hotels and such (cereals and milk, yoghurt and honey, maybe a toast), but the idea of eating eggs, bacon, mushrooms and similar stuff, except as a novelty, is baleful to me.
