I don't know that seems like a lot.
They've said they worked incredibly long days. More than 12 hours a day seemed to be standard.
Or maybe it's what they want us to believe.
Let's be for real, here ... yes, the studio has this Siege Mentality when it comes to keeping its actors onsite, all hours, but they're not actually working ALL hours. There's waiting around whilst shots are getting set up. There are plenty of opportunities to exercise. Even an exercise bike and or rowing machine could do much ... so very much ...

You know when you eat right you don't have to exercise all that much to keep in excellent shape. Maybe the problem is that they eat crap.
They go out fine dining with those they want to impress ... and, in private, brownbag P&J sandwiches and drink tap water.
I am not sure about the tap water though. I think they can afford mineral water. I think I heard Kate Mulgrew order Evian once. I think it was on Cheers.

ok thisnis kilking me and i have to share it because its like a microcosm narrative of harry : just started season 5 episode 1 he is a background sidekick in his own holodexk roleplay: not like data with picard when data is not leading but participating for experience : or jordi and data when laforge is trying to play along : but he literally went to the holodexk with paris jazzed about thenidea of being a sidekick extra in his off duty time lol nonsuper gear or power or anything lol oh poor harry we live you someday you will win

A while back, there, a girl on these boards suggested I consider getting with a woman of size -- not realising her to be a woman of size, herself. Honestly, I thought she meant it as a joke, so I started typing out jokes about it and ... I've always suspected that I may have hurt her feelings. So, now, I don't discuss the topic lightly. I try to be reasonably straightforward on the subject. But I do, I really do feel that celebrities should be fit, for the sake of being photogenic and having some range. Also, to inspire the impressionable to also stay in shape, as it were. It's a wonderful feeling of empowerment, as well ... you really get the feeling as though you can take on the world, by yourself.
He shied away from his ideal woman in an ideal situation. No normal human being would do such a thing. This stretches credibility beyond belief.
