That's great! Don't forget to TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!I tested my new state of precarious good health by spending the day cleaning my garage. I survived all the box lifting and moving pretty well, so I think I'm probably ready to go back to the gym. I also took a 1.5 mile walk with the dog and didn't feel dizzy and out of breath. Yay!
I've done a bit of that and it's amazing how quickly you improve! It's hard for me to force myself to do it, but I know the results I get from it are hard to argue with.So I tried HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) last night and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised not only by my performance but by how much I liked it. This will definitely be on my cardio agenda from now on.
