I used to love playing the Leisure Suit Larry games. These days, I do play adult visual novels, but that's the extent of it. So less raunchy, more dating sim.

Not really raunchy, but the most risque game I played back in the day was Conker's Bad Fur Day on the N64. It had shit monsters and a mission where you had to pollinate a flower
