Definitively ranking the top 12 sexiest Star Trek characters

If it's 'sexiest' as in the character is dripping with sexual energy then that is kind of different to 'sexiest' as far as a viewer's preferences. Sometimes those overt players turn you right off. Then there is someone like Seven of Nine who is eye-popping but not overly inviting. It's like when Voyager had two really good looking people - Seven and Chakotay. Pair them up together and they had the chemistry of being slapped in the face with a wet fish.
Kirk is kind of sexy AND he smugly and smoothly knows it.
Riker but bearded Riker please... had his moments both good and ewwy.
Tom Paris is cute.
Chakotay is pretty attractive.
Archer and Lorca have a similar sexiness to me for some reason.
Yet if I were to name one character who I hang on every word and flicker of expression the most. The one who I just personally adore and that is Tuvok.

I can consider only one "sexy" at a time, and being a hetro female, I'd have to say "The Outrageous Okona". Easy on the eyes, funny, smart, independent with a sense of honor...Not the marrying type (which is perfect), with just the right amount of swagger. Naughty boys have their uses, and you know he'd not bad-mouth you when you went your separate ways which opens the possibility of an act II if you ever met again. Riker is a bit too submissive for my taste.
I can't really reply who is the sexiest female character, but if I were to chose a body into reincarnate, I'd say 7 of 9. Strong, tall, a great core and.... other parts.
