Definite New Series/Limited Series with Patrick Stewart Returning

I'd also note that the current CBS CEO is being ejected for claims of sexual assault.
Oh happy day when these poor excuses for human beings actually pay for what they've done.
And? What does that have to do with the topic at hand?

IIRC, Moonves has been a major cockblock against the whole Viacom/Paramount/CBS reunification issue. His ouster may prime the pump. Therefore, I profoundly hope it happens. And yes, if he's also found guilty of sexual malfeasance, his subsequent prosecution would be a bonus. :)

I'm ambivalent about this-Stewart is 82 years old and will be at least a year or two older by the time this enters production. I'm not sure if he can keep doing this or carry a show as well as he could in the nineties.

Mike and Rich were pretty accurate about predicting things in upcoming Star Wars films (TFA and Solo iirc).

I thought the ideas they presented were interesting, but had much in common with Doctor Who, and even the plot of that godawful Jurassic Park III (where the raptor says “Alan”).

I actually wouldn’t mind seeing Picard go the whole Luke Skywalker route here (minus the green milk teat) and him going from “you’re a Starfleet officer, you have a duty!” in GEN to “ah the hell with it let someone else save the galaxy” in Star Trek: Picard.

I don’t think I want to see him on a starship again - maybe a politician or ambassador at large - something with intrigue and bucketloads of dialogue. Like GoT but with fewer (not no) dragons.

And allow Picard the opportunity to say "I saw out saving the galaxy while your grandfather was still in diapers."
