Jim Kirk-I would've left his fate unknown, or maybe trapped in the Nexus.
Lursa and Bator-Their deaths in GEN were a waste. I thought they would've fit in pretty well during DS9's Klingon-Federation War and later the Dominion War.
Duras-both 22nd century; I thought he had the potential to be a great personal antagonist for Archer, while building another tie to the 24th century.
Seska-VOY's best villain. I thought they should've made her more of a recurring bad guy, like X-File's Krychek
Willard Decker-I also thought this character didn't get enough screentime. There was more that could've been done to develop him. And of course, if you have Decker, you got to have Illia.
Sonak/Xon-I would've liked for this character to at least get some dialogue before getting vaped.
Luthor Sloan-Didn't care for the way he went out. Similiar to Seska, I thought he should have remained a recurring villain.
Hawk-I thought he got too much screentime to be let go of so easily. I wish they had been able to save him so he could stick around for the next two films.
