Don't hold your breath waiting for MO2, but he'll show up in other movies in some form, at least that's the plan (as well as WB's plans ever go).
it feels like the right time for Superman to come back and do his own movie again. Cavill is in a different place in terms of screen presence, comfortableness with the role and star power. Under a different director with a few flashpoint tweaks it would be cool to see him back.

It's definitely feeling like we're building up to some kind of announcement here, even it's just seeing his face in Shazam 2 or an appearance Aquaman 2 or something.
He went from Farscape to Stargate and hasn't really had a major role since, so I think that ship has already sailed.

No idea. Don't really care honestly. Ben Browder is one of my favorite actors for a variety of reasons so if being a "cult" actor means Gunn will bring him more work I'm all for it.
According to Gunn, he brought Browder in because he loved Farscape. Looking at Guardians, that's not too surprising.
