When do we get a Justice League starring
Shazam 74
Isis 75
Wonder Woman 77
Superman 78
Batman 89
and
Flash 90 ?
I'd settle for a single scene in the Flashpoint movie of this. Though I'd be tempted to go with Batman '66.

The story I read did mention something being planned for Harvey Dent, so I'm pretty sure it's going to be happening.Looking forward to seeing Billy Dee Williams' Dent turned into Two Face in this series. It's not been announced, but c'mon, that's an obvious one.
Apparently, some comics shops have put Infinite Frontier #0 on sale early, and so the full and unredacted Shazadam pages have found their way to Rich Johnston.

"He helps and leaves." - "Like, ALL the time." Certainly seems they do know him, and this is the name they know him under.

I really like how the artist made Alfred and Gordon recognizable as Michael Gough and Pat Hingle, respectively, while also making them more comics accurate. Also, not the Joker Gang, the twins apparently inspired by Dee & Dee from Batman Beyond, the punk inspired by the Mutants from TDKR and the middle one obviously inspired by Prince. Not sure about the black one.

Please, you and Rich were wrong. Accept it. The scene reads exactly like Bendis said. A nick name applied to Black Adam some people he rescued. In an interview with CBR, Bendis pretends like 'Shazadam' was never meant as a name change.
"His name is Black Adam, and someone called him something else in the book," Bendis continued. "It's like someone putting out a headline saying that Marvel changed Spider-Man's name to 'Web-Headed Menace' because somebody called him that, and that's why I didn't respond to it. It's just so, so ridiculous. Even responding now is like helping a click machine."
Sure. That's just how that scene reads.
"Something must be done about that web-headed menace!" - "Who, Dennis?" - "No, I mean that web-headed menace!" - "You mean Dennis." - "No, wait, let me show you a picture of him."
Yeah, nice try, Brian, but I don't buy that spin.

Makes perfect sense in the way Bendis describes. It's like concluding Robin's code is being changed to "Boy Wonder" because some calls him that in a panel or two.Bendis was 100% trying to change the name, it fits his current MO perfectly. Random, stupid changes to characters he writes that make no sense, and generally make the character worse. I don't think that the movie was going to use the name, but he was definitely trying to change it in the comics, at least for his JL run. The way the dialog was written makes no sense otherwise.

In what way? A couple of people insist on referring Black Adam as "Shazadam" equals a name change? I guess we'll find out in JL next week. The problem is that the way he wrote the dialog doesn't match that explanation. He wrote it as him trying to seriously change the name. Now, he's a bad enough writer that he might have just screwed up, but with Bendis the stupidest answer is probably the correct one, and trying to seriously rename the character "Shazadam" fits his thought process perfectly.
