DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

I don't think so. For one thing she's recording it, and another thing, he's not wearing his glasses. If he's not wearing his glasses around Lois, she already knows.

Based on the dialogue--"you have a dog?"--it seems like she just found out. They're definitely friends and attracted to each other in that scene but it is hard to tell if they are a couple. In fact, it looks like they're just friends or they've just begun dating.

I guess the thing that made me question if she knows is the way she says she's going to interview him as Superman, that just seems like kind of a weird way to word it. If she knew, I would think she would just ask him the questions, but this makes it feel more like she's asking him to be someone he's not.
I thought that was part of the charm of the exchange and what it showed about their relationship. It starts out a bit playfully and awkwardly. Clark addresses her as "Miss Lane" in a different context than Reeve did - he naively thinks this is going to play out as a little joke that they're both in on.

Calling him "Superman" works on several levels - for one thing, it's for the benefit of whoever else might hear the tape. For another she's distancing herself and, as the exchange goes on, trying to remind him as he becomes frantic that this isn't a personal argument.

"I'm not the one being interviewed, Superman."

She's trying to do a serious job given an unexpected opportunity and not give him any breaks because they know one another. Given the opportunity to question a powerful and controversial public figure, these are the kinds of things she'd ask.

Of course, this is also a condensed version of a longer scene. Doubtless there's are a lot of interstitial bits of dialogue we're not seeing.

Their faces seem way too close/intimate in the trailer’s initial dialogue exchange for “just friends.”
I wasn't sure if that line was from the same scene.
It isn’t — she’s dressed differently in the “You have a dog?” bit.

You're right about the dog comment. It does seem like they are early in their relationship though.
