DC Cinematic Universe ( The James Gunn era)

Meh. I prefer no trunks but it’s hardly a significant point to me. It’s like Trek—I prefer the 09/Into Darkness uniforms above all others and I LOATHE the “monster maroons” but I don’t ever even contemplate for a second not watching because of the uniforms/costumes.

I always thought I wanted the suit without the trunks, until I actually saw the suit without the trunks.

It's possible - likely, actually - that not the shots of people looking up are from the same part of the movie. In particular, the folks wearing Hawaiian shirts in the tent appear to be somewhere less urbanized than Cleveland Metropolis.

I'm interested in seeing the "Hall of Justice", since parts of it was filmed here in Cincinnati.

Trunks are unnecessary to achieve a great Superman costume (as the Cavill version proved) as they are quite ridiculous and serve no practical or visual interest purpose, but that is far from the make-or-break decision of this film. Anyone can ignore the trunks.

Don't click if you love a certain former Superman filmmaker and/or have no sensayuma. Seriously, just don't.
