These things all organically belong in a Superman movie. I'll admit, I look somewhat askance at the rest of the stuff you listed, despite my desire to be optimistic about the film.

That shot of the Planet staff gathered around, with Lois at the forefront, is everything.

Not sure we even need the "probably" there.
One of the worst pieces of executive meddling on The Flash -- if not THE worst -- came directly from Gunn himself.

Yep. There's a great deal of selective memory over who was responsible for many of the idiotic tinkering that turned The Flash into a disaster, but Gunn had his hands all over that.
