Blonde eh? When I read the book I pictured a brunette for some reason.

Heather Jarman kinda reminds me of Kara Thrace/Starbuck. Now that would be an interesting bit of casting.

I've always pictured a blonde Jorja Fox, a la her appearances in The West Wing, as Vale.

Vale constantly changes her hair style and colour. she was initially described as having dark hair in a pageboy cut. she was later described as being a blonde in (IIRC) A Time To Be Born. this led to her then being described as frequently changing her style and colour. in Titan #3, she has her hair dyed black, using a special dye so that it appears black to ALL species, as her initial black dye-job looked hideous pink to non-Human crew members who could see in UV ranges and caused hilarity.
