Have we ever seen an actual bottle Romulan Ale comes in? I only remember different decanters it is served from. At high mag, the bottle Nero is holding shows characteristics of both the Dom Perignon and Chateau Picard labels so I cannot be certain.
There's the one in Star Trek II that Bones gives Kirk, but I don't recall how clearly we see it. Also, that would be over 100 years ago. Then there's also the decanter that had it in it in DS9's 'Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges' but I really think that was just a decanter and the bottles were stashed away somewhere. There might have been background bottles in 'Nemesis' for the wedding reception scene but I don't recall seeing them closely.
On Data's looking sad, should this Data have emotions? Did Data have the chip turned on when he downloaded into B4, would the chip programing be part of the transfer? Would it transfer even if it was off, and what were Datas hopes for B4 concerning having emotions and being able to turn them on and off at will, or not?
I would think that the chip has to actually be installed for him to have emotions. However, throughout 'Nemesis' it almost seemed like Data had had it removed, so it's entirely possible that (whether intentional or not) he had indeed had it removed, despite what had been said in 'Generations' about being unable to do so, and later when the Soong Foundation got nuData up and running they were able to get it from olData's personal effects and install it into B4. If the chip was still installed in olData when he blew up I wouldn't think it could have been recovered.
It's also entirely possible that B4, like Lore, had been programmed with emotions from the start, and just suffered from a lack of 'functional programming.'
