Every once in a while I will put on TMP late at night and then lay on the couch. I'm always asleep by the time Scotty finishes bringing Kirk to the Enterprise. Love falling asleep to that movie.
Episode wise. BOBW, Encounter at Farpoint, Unification and especially Family.

Right now all of TOS is comforting for me, however I have a special affinity for Spock/McCoy interaction.
I especially love Immunity Syndrome and The Tholian Web because in both episodes there is some animosity but in the end of each you can see they really do care about each other.

Hard to add to what's already been said, pretty much any TOS or TNG episode is "comfort food" for me. But one I haven't seen called out specifically that I always really like and find to be nice and mellow for much of the episode but still pretty darn interesting is TNG "Timescape".
TMP is my cure for insomnia. Saw it 3 times in a row the night it premiered... fell asleep during the long, long, slow trip through V'Ger during the last two showings. Zzzzzz.....

I've watched Future's End so many times.. it's my feel good movie.
Future's End is my go-to episode for VOY (among others, of course). A lot of fans seem to dislike it, but it's always been one of my favorites.
And even though I am a Tom/B'Elanna fan...I love him with Sarah Silverman in that episode.
I have 4 comfort episodes. 1 from TOS, 2 from TNG and 1 from DS9.

I will say that TVH is my sunday afternoon lay on the couch and be lazy movie. Chinese food helps.
