Are we doing a Bowl Pick-em this year? No one has really brought it up, yet I think the season starts next weekend.

Well, I for one look forward to dominating it like I dominated the regular College Pick-em.
I noticed Yahoo is doing one this year, and that might be easier than the ESPN version (which also involves confidence points). When I looked at the Bowl Pick'em game, however, I started realizing how little I care about ANY of the bowls any more. Most of them are just dogs that nobody should care about, save for a few boosters and bored football fans.

Looking at the standings, I was thinking how pitiful our whole TrekBBS group was doing. But when I looked at the overall standings, I realized that it's not just us- everybody's struggling. I don't think I've ever seen it where the top spot (overall) hasn't picked every game. I guess being in 15,397th place overall isn't so bad afterall.
Of all the games on the 30th, the one I expected to be a gimmie was the OK game. I put them in the middle as far as confidence points go, but I didn't expect to lose that one.

Yeah there seemed to be a lot of upsets last week. I really hated teams losing when I had confidence points in the 30s or something. Looking forward to seeing how this thing plays out with the rest of the bowls.
Yahoo was periodically deleting my top pick for some reason. So two hours before the game, I check and my pick is there. Twenty minutes before, it's vanished, so I plug it in again. I check two minutes before. Good thing I checked, because it had vanished AGAIN. Grah.
Wow, that's pretty weird. Hopefully that'll stop happening because, otherwise, yahoo fails at everything.
