It's Monday once again, and it is time again for another new episode of Chuck!
Chuck, Sarah, Casey, and an MI-6 agent go after a man who is involved in Fulcrum's development of a new Intersect.

Cole must die. I don't care how they do it. Quick and painless would be preferable. Because slow and painful would mean we'd have to deal with him being around longer. Bryce 2.0 will hopefully be gone by the end of this episode.

That would be...wait for it....wait for it..still waiting for it?....Awesome. I highly doubt she has feelings for the guy. She might as well date Casey...*shudder*. They're basically the same guy. A girl's gotta get laid sometime though. And it ain't gonna be with Chuck, because he can't be fuck buddies with someone he's in love with. But this is the last of this MI6 arc supposedly, so hopefully it's Man The Fuck Up Time for Chuckster.
The makers have promised that this season will end on a "game changer". And that next season will be very different from this season. What that is has been speculated heavily. I hope they don't end on a cliffhanger because that would further fuck with all the fragile psyches of all the online Chuck fans as they are completely freaking out that it might not get renewed for another season. The idea of this story not getting a conclusion is to much for most of us to handle.

I have no idea who Joe Flanigan is. But if he was shitting in my Charahflakes like Bond Boi is, then I would by that token have to hate him. Nothing personal. Just business.

Joe Flanigan is the Really Hot Guy from SG:A. I would like to introduce him to the Really Hot Guy from Chuck.
Nothing sleazy, honest.
Just having them in the same scenes would be enough for me. 
(Okay seriously, Flanigan handles action and comedy very well; he's the type of actor who would fit in perfectly with this show.)

Given their complete inability to change a single piece (much less the entire game) during the two seasons to date, I'm not exactly confident in their ability to change the game.

It's amazing none of Chuck's friends or family think Sarah is a complete nutcase at this point with their constant on-again, off-again relationship.
The writers love to make it look like they're going to change things up only to go right back to the status quo the very next episode. Hell, Three's Company got eight seasons off the whole "moving in together" angle; Chuck didn't even use it for a quarter episode.

Temis has pointed out that if you change the dynamic in any way you lose the inherent conflict(i.e. Chuck and Sarah want to be together but can't), because that's what makes things interesting. My theory on what they might do? They'll do the Anikan/Padme thing but with the genders reversed. They'll either hook up or get hitched in secret(c'mon Vegas drive through wedding with Elvis minister would totally fit the show) and try and do everything to keep it a secret. Of course, then they get discovered then the shit hits the fan. So they'd have to act like the cover is a cover is a cover. They'd be a real couple pretending to be a fake couple pretending to be a real one.

The interesting way to do it would be that they actually get together and then realize that they don't actually love each other and move on. I can't imagine them doing that, but that would certainly be a game changer.

I wish that were true. I really, really do. But it got a series low this week, barely getting 6 million viewers. Mostly due to the return of that juggernaut that is Dancing With The Stars. Heroes and Medium also did awful. The season premiere of Burn Notice, a show on USA, did better then Chuck did. This is not good. Granted alot of it has to to with their time slot. They're up against every major prime time show around. And they're doing better then 90% of NBC's shows. Every one of their Thursday night Must See TV lineup is doing worse, except The Office which is doing mediocre.
NBC is also bringing in two new hyped-up genre shows, Kings and Day One. And they're going to be cutting their programing hours as well. And they're going to be giving Jay Leno his own show 5 nights a week. So hope for a third season is getting slimmer and slimmer. They could move it to USA(it would fit in well there imo) or they could move it to Sundays where it would face less stiff competetion. But I doubt they'll do that. The writers have to know how things look. They should write the season finale as if it's a series finale, like The Arrested Development writers did. As long as we have an end to this story I won't complain too much. But if we don't, then I'll be really pissed off.
