Oh damn---Just noticed I hit 20 years last month.
I joined the day I found the board. I was that interested in the place.
I searched for "Star Trek reviews", found Jammer's site, followed a link from there to here. Nobody noticed me for the first year or so.
For me, I was looking for another Star Trek forum. Was pretty much posting within a few days after I registered.
I stumbled onto this board in high school trying to find some dirt on a new movie called Star Trek: Insurrection 
My original Turd Ferguson profile I believe was created sometime around there and I made it to captain sometime before 2001. Then, in 2001 I had the Turd Ferguson profile closed and changed my name to Johnny Octane. Then, in 2003, I hated that name, had the profile closed then created another named Doctor Gonzo.
This is still the Doctor Gonzo account, but I had my name changed back to Turd Ferguson YEARS ago
(Makes me wonder what my rank would be if I had just kept the original Turd Ferguson account...
)

Susannah made a brief cameo after Picard came out.
RAMA had a pre-2000 reg. Lord Garth was a 99er, but like me had to re-register.
I registered January 2000 after getting booted from the Star Trek chatrooms.
Seeing Susannah on the board again was like William Shatner level awesomeness.
If only some of the other early regs make a cameo like Barcode, EEMeltonIV, Cirrus, Worf412 or Nate, or the Holy Janeway herself Lisa was to pop in or a cuppa tea and say 'Ello Gov'nor
I mean I am not one to talk, I poke my nose in a few times a year and stick to these types of threads (though the odd other thread or two may tickle my fancy - especially if DW related), but I rather enjoy the nostalgia of these threads and catching up with folks I had a cyber good time with years ago.
I suspect more than a few members have had times where they didn't frequent the board for a period of time, that includes myself.

I pop in every couple of years, randomly. It's probably been 2 or 3 since I last logged in. What a great coincidence to narcissistically run a search on my name and find that Evil Robert mentioned me barely more than a week ago. Thanks for that little ego boost, eRob.
Y'all can find me occasionally posting half-baked fan theories on r/DaystromInstitute if you really have a burning desire to know what I think about Star Trek 22 years later. :-)

I remember @RoJoHen, @Trekker4747, @Venardhi, Shameless McBundy, et al. But I haven't seen them around lately.
I actually logged on yesterday for the first time since 2013... Been here seen 2001, but with an obvious and significant gap.
So I guess accounts aren't deleted for inactivity anymore (or if they are it takes longer than eight years.)
2009 in my case, so at least 12 years.
I suppose server space isn't quite so at a premium these days.
I noticed that LIsa's account is deleted, which doesn't seem right considering she used to run this shit. Maybe she deleted it herself on the way out.
I have a feeling that happened a long time ago - as in I think I noticed it was gone before I left last time. So either deliberate or the result of a long-abandoned purge policy.

I joined in 02. I drifted away several years ago. I mostly come back for Lower Decks now.

I vaugely remember her being a fan of that. I'm planning to watch the live action series. I've actually never watched the anime, but it's coming to Netflix tomorrow so I might attempt to watch it all before the new series. Then i can be a snob about all the things they've changed. I'm sure Lisa would be impressed by my sudden knowledge.
