Characters I'd like to have met each other

Nurse Chapel and Lwaxana Troi---they could commiserate about their attractions to emotionally unavailable men

DS9 had a huge cast of characters but some did not have the chance to meet.
.... And of course we never got to see Ezri's Jhian'Tara and her interaction with Jadzia.
I have alwasy said I woudl of loved it if they used the mirror universe episode to have Mirror Jadzia meet Ezri...

I've always thought that would have been great too, if the split with Terry Farrell and the show hadn't been so acrimonious and they were able to bring her back for the final season MU installment. In many ways the whole MU is just a pile of absurdities, but the coincidence of Jadzia dying prematurely and simultaneously in both timelines stands out as particularly ridiculous.

Another missed opportunity is that they were originally going to have MU Worf in "Crossover" before scheduling problems, and then he got replaced with Generic Klingon. It would have been cool if there was one time where the character showed up in the MU first, before ending up on the station in our main universe.

Q and Dukat. Dukat likes to scheme, often to help Sisko (e.g. "In The Pale Moonlight"). Q likes to scheme, at least to help Picard.

Q and Quark. Q is mischievous. Quark is mischievous. But pretend the Wodi are Q and problem solved. :D

Dr Pulaski and Dr Bashir. Both had integrity, both were well-meaning, both were temperamental if they had to be, but Bashir was usually more chill whereas she was more feisty. Would be fun to see them both spar. Just get cholesterol-conscious popcorn first...
