She did stay on the Defiant, she lived in a unused compartment that she and Quark turned into a "love nest."
Picard and Dukat. I would have loved to see Dukat (especially mid-series anti-hero-arc Dukat) run circles around Picard and frustrate him to no end
That made me think of something else: Vash could easily have made Dukat look like an idiot. She's way more competent and better at playing than he is.
Picard probably wouldn't have even entertained Dukat's antics like Sisko did. I imagine Dukat would also view Picard as the epitome of Federation arrogance, vanity, and moral weakness.

Lwaxana Troi and Kai Winn. 60 minutes of the Daughter of the Fifth House mercilessly sledgehammering away at Winn's sanctimony and hypocrisy. For dramatic effect she might thoughtfully grasp Winn's ear before she makes some of her pronouncements: "Your pagh tells me Dukat banged you like a drum!"

I like that people are already throwing around great MU ideas, I came in here thinking "MU Garak and our Garak would be great" -- our Garak would have had such disdain for the simple thuggery of his MU counterpart. (Jesus, why couldn't they have done THAT instead of "The Emperor's New Cloak"? A Garak/Odo/Kira excursion to the MU. If they must have a Ferengi involved, Nog could come along)
