Classy.Hah! STC's Haberkorn with a great zinger at the Axanerds deriding STC's fundraising (in a comment thread on a post on the Axanar FB page, as screenshotted by someone on the CBS/Paramount vs Axanar FB page (which is where I saw it)):
Stupidity like that plays right into Alec Peter's "They're all haters!" game plan. That is quite a rant.
I think my esteemed colleague was asking for a link to this announcement
And I think that Tom explained he wasn't doing that in the post that was linked to.
Thanks. Saw that after I posted the request for a link. There were, after all, three more pages of postings to wade thru. I got interrupted and hit "post" to not lose the thought.
Yes, but some of us want to read what was said. hence why the Right Honourable member for the USA was asking if anybody had a link to the page
I'd like to see it too. When the post is found, I'm sure it will be linked to. Right now we don't have it and the one person who knows where it is isn't talking. And we have to respect his reasons.

I think it is pretty obvious from @Tom 's post that it is a Facebook post, most likely only readable for Facebook friends of McIntosh. No big secret there.
I can agree that much is for certain. That and the time it was posted. But I'm not friends with him and if I don't ever see Terry's announcement of leaving Axanar, I certainly won't lose any sleep at night.
Same here, but it would be interesting to read what he said and see if there is any clue to the state of affairs at the Axanar high Command
So why demanding a link, you couldn't see it anyhow? And demanding screen-grabs from private posts sounds rather creepy/stalkerish ...
Well, no, you can't say that. Axanar hired people and paid them to make their films set in the Trek world. That's doesn't mean it belongs to them. No. It belongs to the person/company who created the original concept, or to whomever they sold the rights to at a later date.it belongs to the company who hires people to make it.

I have already received a response from Alec Peters again claiming they are NOT a for-profit business. I am waiting to get further elaboration when their PR guy Mike Bawden gets back to me. If I hear nothing, then the article remains as is and will receive a followup treatment after the lawsuit is settled.
