A bit out of date but it does give some insight (I believe) into the parties' thought processes. My blog post on the judge's ruling will be out later this week. Spoiler Alert: Judge Klausner really schooled one of the parties.

IDK - Given it was a 'Motion to Dismiss' and it was 100% fully DENIED...it's (IMO) pretty easy to figure out which side got 'schooled'... (that said, at this point anyone remaining with Mr. Peters may indeed not have the IQ to figure it out, so yeah... ;).)

I guess he passed the probationary period on that new full time paying IT position he got; and doesn't need the 'Axanar Datacenter' (which if it really was configured and costing what he claimed was a true waste of money for the traffic the Axanar site receives) on his Resume anymore.:beer:;)
 
Hmmmm............(regarding the flyer of 'Valkyrie Studios'). At this point, whatever this is and wherever it was found are irrelevant. It just proves certain speculation was right on the money and gives Lord Alec a little more rope (and C/P more ammunition) to hang himself with............

Having said that, I do feel bad Crysstal has gotten swept up in this. Just because she's dating Alec doesn't mean she has to be a target in all of this. She seems extremely sweet.
 
Indeed - one would hope that with all the digging/reporting that's been done, that unrelated parties would find it and use it to their advantage

How does an ad for a new studio get put on the back of a playbill? aren't those usually paid for advertising, and typically arranged well in advance? Aren't they 'handed out' to all the attendees of the event, even if she did not? The event, was it at the show where the handing out was alleged, even if she personally didn't hand it out? Did anyone say *she* was handing out anything?

"You are wrong because I know that this or that specific was different". It isn't really any sort of clarification.

Ok, so their denial that an ad was distributed at SciFest is

1. it wasn't a handout, it was on something given to EVERYONE. But not a handout.
2. The person who posted the picture didn't personally hand it out, so even though no one said she did, its proof of bad journalism.

On the contrary, it is proof of even more premeditation than simply handing it out. Way to go with the lawsuit pileon!

I swear, they really believe no one on the entire earth has a neuron between them.

You can probably trace it back to Alec's narcissistic personality and his tendency to surround himself with either like-minded (self-deluded) people or obedient sheep.

I don't necessarily disagree with his sentiment, but I'm not crazy the way he chooses to express himself. What is with that sound effect? I discovered the G&T show directly because of this Axanar thing and I've mostly enjoyed listening to it- it's been very informative- but Nick can be off-putting. Sorry if that makes me sound overly sensitive or whatever.

Ok playbill not a flyer. Who said she worked for the studio or production?

And lets look at all the things she didn't call out. She didn't say that it wasn't an advertisment for Valkyrie Studios. Neither she nor Alec said that the studio wasn't available for rent. They didn't say that Curtis Strong isn't Alec's associate from back in the propwork days. So while they disagree with it being called a flyer, it is what it looks to be. The Ares Studio is being offered for rent under a different name.
