.......I just got curious and checked the donor list.

Does that list only include those who donated online? I know it's not a perfect list (unless web, usa and alien donated :/ ) but I've checked a couple of people who I know donated in person at conventions who don't appear.

I assume then in-person donations aren't on any database? Are they accounted for?

So, when is the new deposition of the defendant? Is that today? Or is today 'only' the cutoff for discovery? I know the cutoff is today. (apologies to AxaMonitor if it's already posted. I'm getting boggled in the shear amount of information available right now.... everywhere. As in "Have I read [it]?" "Where did I read it?")

1. I thought the donors were being removed from the public donors list because they dared raise their voice even with a question, not as this donor implies, because it could somehow alter the record of how much has been collected and thus "disappear" funds. I think this is suggesting the donors outside of crowdsourcing are mass-removed(150 donors removed, he says). Wonder if there actually is a pattern or scale discernible.

2. Assuming Mr. Lane read the implications the same way, raising a puzzled eyebrow and isolating the one donor's case as what needs to be explained/fixed is definitely ducking the question which was presented. Imagining any reader would be fooled by this is silly.

Okay, thanks. I admire that and I'll follow your lead on this.

So within the last 24 hours. And both that FB post and the FB post by another person who says he worked with the defendant for two years are saying similar things: (paraphrasing)The defendant is suddenly acting out again in posts & tweets, and has displayed a previous tendency to act out this way as a reaction to the stress of something going wrong. Both are speculating the attack tweets/posts indicate a 'something has gone wrong' stress trigger has been set off.

I posit that just such a stress trigger could be the second up to many hours long re-questioning (that is going on now or is getting ready to happen in the very near future) directly due to the very recent appearance of a large amount of previously missing information that is now open for examination.

I bet any in person donations made in cash were never accounted for anywhere.

Dude. Not fair. You just distracted me so thoroughly that I actually wasted seventeen minutes watching that.

Fire good.

Its amazing how a few well placed "questions" can bring down an edifice.

I bet any in person donations made in cash were never accounted for anywhere.

There are various people on the Axanar staff and I wouldn't make such an assumption personally. What's been visible is mainly the macro issues that seem problematic. That doesn't stop someone responsible for tracking donations from doing it.

so Treklanta has a "film festival" appropriate to imply is comparable to arts film festivals which ordinary people think of when they hear those words?

I would not think so. We've been pleased to have a few select productions shown at conventions, fan film festivals and the like, including the Phoenix Comic Con Film Festivals. That said, I'm sure none of them really could be considered an "art film festival."

47 film festival awards, anywhere, 'is' impressive.

In addition to examining the iMDB page which like whomever enfurnoh has mentioned does only display eight wins I am also reading the production logs to discover the rest.
-Award of Excellence Special Mention Film Short
-Best In Show Special Effects - Short
-Award of Excellence Special Mention Film Short
-Geekiest Film
-Best Narrative Short Fall (not sure what Fall designates)
-Best Fan Film
-Best Fiction Short Film
-LAIFF February Award Best Sci-Fi

Now seven of these eight wins list two people or the production and one person. I don't know if this can be looked at to be two awards. With Emmy & Academy Awards the 'group' can get individual statues for each person's contribution on the one single award. But it is only one listed award.

It is curious to me that only eight wins are being listed, though may be updated soon to reflect the actual 47 wins. I'm wading through the production site's logs again for references to these additional wins and have possibly found three more:

I haven't yet located an update on that, from it 'appears' to have won these three awards to confirmation of those awards, which I may well soon find. The wording is curious to me though for I'm wondering how something appears to have won an award.

I would very much enjoy reading the full list of the 47 film festival awards if anyone here, from the production, a production supporter/advocate, or other can provide it. Either is this thread, on iMDB page, the production site logs, or FFF.

I am still unable to find the names of these two companies as per the Official Podcast 31, aprox 14:05, defendant speaking:

If anyone here, from the production itself, a production supporter/advocate, or other can provide these company names either in this thread, the production log itself, or FFF I will greatly appreciate it.
I can speak to the IMDB notices. They won't list awards for every single film festival out there; only for a select number of the biggest ones. So you won't find all 47 awards listed there.

I find it ironic and cute that he claims 47.........with the history of THAT number and Trek.
