Speaking of the IRS, Axanar Productions is required to pay taxes on the money raised via crowdfunding. Business expenses would be deducted from that.

Looking at how Peters was spending money, it seems highly likely that he claimed personal / recreational expenses as tax deductions.

My takeaways from the financials:

1. I feel kind of dirty after scrolling through all of that.
2. Must be nice to live high on other people's money.
3. I'm sure anyone who made a PayPal donation or store purchase is happy to be immortalized in these documents.
4. Tobias Richter made out like a bandit, no wonder he got so defensive on here back in the day.
5. You're telling me that I could have hired Richard Hatch to play dress up for a day for only $500?

Seemingly final filming day has been scheduled for next month:

From the post: "CBS & Paramount violating the settlement agreement in an attempt to scuttle Axanar."

lol, that's a funny way to say that an arbitrator ruled against you to the tune of $300k for violating the settlement agreement and that your counterclaims were bullshit.
