No, they have muffins and biscuits both at McDonalds; at least they do here in the SE part of the USWell in McDonald's the breakfast 'biscuits' are called 'muffins' on this side of the Atlantic, although nothing like a nice blueberry or chocolate muffin.
Scone, cream and jam is delightful. Although I suppose for the Americans I should say "jelly" instead of "jam"
