Just when you think this whole thing can't get any more ridiculous, we get #buiscuitgate.
Looks to me like AP stopped to keep a dog from getting hit by a car. Most strays are smart enough to stay off the raod when there's traffic, but some aren't. Same with humans. Just sayin'.

But if His Majesty was on his way to an important meeting, he might have done the responsible thing and kept the appointment, leaving the canine to its own wits. Worse things have happened.

I wasn't there, so I don't know.
I'm probably one of the biggest animal people on the board, but even to me 2 hours chasing a dog away from a highway seems excessive, especially when you have a meeting to get to. I'd hate to see something happen to a dog, but after while you've just got to give up and move on.
I have to admit, every time this has been mentioned all I can think of is this, only with Alec, Crystal, and a dog.

Touche KennyB!
I'm trapped. I am American, but spent 10 years in the UK and now I'm in Germany........all this biscuit talk is giving me cravings! KFC doesn't even serve chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy OR a biscuit in Europe.......I may have to get out the rolling pin!!!!!!!

One thing that is curious about releasing the comic, and it is mentioned on the blog post page, this comic is basically the script for the film. By the time it will all be released we will know what the film will be.

And it's being posted for free on Lane's blog. I wonder if SL realizes he's spoiling his own film. I also wonder if those who've already donated money realize they can have the story for free?

Edit: I finally read the whole blog post. I see he does realize it. Good luck getting people to not spoil themselves, though. The comic's right there...for free.

Yeah, that is a really weird choice, especially to do it before the movie is even filmed.

They’re probably hedging their bets. If the film (in all likelihood) never gets made, at minimum, the story will still be shown in some form. They’re basically betting on both red and black.

He does. He put huge spoiler warning on this last post.

No, they have muffins and biscuits both at McDonalds; at least they do here in the SE part of the US

What Americans call "biscuits" are what Aussies call "scones" (pronounced "sconns" in New South Wales). We have them with jam (jelly) and cream with afternoon tea or coffee - or there is a famous Queensland recipe for "pumpkin scones", which served with butter. I would never associate scones with breakfast.

Nothing like English muffins.

Or maybe a coffee shop! One that sells breakfast items. And then they could market their own themed coffee blend!

Hey, wait... Where have I heard that before?
You are keeping up with the Federal Coffee saga aren't you?
