MUCH too small-worldy.
But there are a couple of "features" that aren't ... uh ... similar.
Reductions are possible in these days and times. And remember, she'll do anything for money, even conventional acting.
Making her non-Human would be a plus for me, the shows top heavy with Humans.
What if she's a surgically altered Klingon, working for the Borg?
If surgically altering her to look like the REAL Klingons I would be okay with that.
She was altered and then assimilated by the Borg and then was rescued by Captain Garth and his crew on the eve of the Axannar battle so she then fakes being a human so they alter her to look human thinking they are restoring her looks. Also we find out she is Worf's grandma and that the Borg who abducted her was the one that went spinning out in space during "First Contact" only to be rescued by the Borg Queen's ship that just happening to be passing by! Section 31 knows all about this and recruits her, alters the mind of Pike and his crew to think she has been around for awhile and she stays undercover through "The Cage" up until we meet her on this show!

The human @LA Conservative Trump Fan suggested is also quite top heavy.
I think the above option might be 40%-50% more for your money. Still, if they painted her green I wouldn't look away.

Actually, Majel was quite well endowed in that area. (the top she wore as Number One hid a lot)
Take a gander at her as Lwaxana Troi, those outfits were a lot more revealing and show just how voluptuous a woman she really was.

I wonder if there will be other members of the TOS crew on Pike's Enterprise aside from Spock? I recall Vulcan's Glory by DC Fontana put Scotty on the ship in that era.
ST'09 had pretty much everyone up to and including Chekov serving under Pike in 2258 (in the Discoverse it's 2257 iirc), so there is a precident. And Disco takes a lot of inspiration from those movies...

Yeah, for lower back problems.
I've been thinking lately that they could make her transgendered and they could cast accordingly.
My mind boggles at the idea of Posey playing Dr. Smith AND Number One.
Not that I wouldn't be up for that.
I am still hoping for Bridget Regan. She looks the part, can act and is about the right age at 36.
But she did just have a baby in March(?), so the casting is unlikely.
