For whatever it's worth, the novel Andor: Paradigm by Heather Jarman features an amusing episode where a Human and an Andorian discuss their respective worlds' names. The Human remarks that she thought the Andorian capital world was called Andoria, and the Andorian explains that his homeworld is called Andor -- then remarks that he was surprised to meet Humans who called their world Earth, as he had always grown up hearing it called Terra.
