If Ezri Dax had to have sex with a female host I have no problem. Still, were do we stop from there. A Trill could be a host and a family member of the host could also be a host. Do we really want to make the Trill society supporting what we would call incest?

Non sequitur. Never it was implied that anyone had to have sex with someone. Trill's host have a say in what it's done with their body. The personalities of both the host and the symbiont integrate to form a different individual. Nothing will be done against the will of the host (and that shed a new light to Jadzia's sexuality). Odan's case seems to be different, but he could have just been an asshole and abusive symbiont.

Or they all could be, and Odan just wasn't as good at hiding it as Dax was. Perhaps Odan was so good-hearted that its control over the hosts was less than perfect, thus allowing the evidence of abuse to leak out.

Was not ODO different, as he only had the memories of Curzan Dax not the symbiont. Maybe it is the symbiont that controls the memories from controling the host.

With the sex, I can see your point. Still, would not that make the symbiont nonsexural and therefore not interested in reproduction. If the symbiont is nonsexural would not that make it less able to reproduce.

Being uninterested in sex doesn't mean one would be uninterested in reproduction. Especially if your species is built without the possibility of sexual reproduction to begin with, but is capable of asexual reproduction, or reproduction by proxy.

And the symbionts might want to play sex with their hosts just for the curiosity value. It must get pretty boring in there if one doesn't experiment every once in a while. Why, some of the older slugs might be suicide junkies, especially savoring the moment when the host screams and dies on them...

Since I am a woman and if I had memories of a man having sex with a woman I would be a little freaked out.

If I was Ezri, and I can think of the size of the womens chests Curzan had as lovers, and she looks down at her own chest. Some not all women have problems with that.
