Given it's a PS3 copy, I have to assume that it's like a warehouse leak or something.

If it was a 360 copy, half the world would already be playing it now.

^ that first level will be quite impressive on a storytelling level for a game. it forces you experience discomfort at your actions and probably disgust at what's going on, making it more personal when you take on the bad guys themselves.

I will only feel disgust when my magazines run dry. Its a game so killing civies dont bother me. I do it all the time in Crackdown and Saints Row and the Grand Theft Auto series.
