Burnham not human?

Again, it's hard to see this as anything other than a Mary Sue thread.

There has to be a groundhog around here somewhere.

He's implying what happened to Connolly in the first episode of season 2.

Connolly was a deader when he got cocky about rollercoasters. They telegraphed that one way early.

It was his mistake not to have watched the first JJTrek movie; his twin went skydiving with Kirk.

Regarding Burnham's apparent physical abilities, we're talking about a franchise where unaugmented humans can comfortably sit through a rapid acceleration to 0.25c with an impulse drive and to over 1000c with a warp drive thanks to the ship's inertial dampers. There's nothing to suggest the pods weren't equipped with them; if there are warp shuttles, then surely shuttle-sized inertial dampers exist as well.
There's a difference between g-forces and acceleration...

What made Wesley a giant leap forward in evolution? He certainly was not older than Burnham.
You've never seen TNG have you?

Meh, she's just kind of a monotonous angsty drip, most of the time. SMG does what she can with this material, I guess.

And Picard magically took a lot longer to start devolving than everybody else in "Genesis." He must not be human either.

The consensus on Captain Pike seems to be that he is likeable, charming and entertaining to watch from the start, elevating the dynamics on the show.

Adding him to the regular cast will help to balance Burnham's boring presence out.

It was definitely a smart, calculated move. Makes the series more watchable to those who dislike Michael Burnham.
