I think it's pretty funny. I got the package at the end (downloaded in a .zip file) that has a Kingon Defense Academy certificate and some other fun stuff!

I picked up all four glasses last night. The glasses and the packaging are pretty slick.
I wasn't really planning on picking up any merchandising at all for this film, but the glasses are pretty cool.

Hurrah!! I finally found Kirk glasses at my local BK. I told the manager about the trials I went through trying to learn if they even had the promotion. She was apologetic, sold me 2 Kirk glasses ($1.99 + tax each.. they only had the one glass so far), and asked for my name and number. She said she wanted my contact information because, when the promotion is over, she would like to let me have the stand up display!!!!
Perhaps, you just have to talk to the right person at the right time.
I still need the other 3 glasses though.

Thinking about what the King is going to do to that girlfriend gives me the creeps!
I wasn't either but I couldn't resist. A set of 4 cost me less than a 6" action figure so I guess that's not bad. I'm tempted to pick up another set though.

Went to my local BK today and they had all 4 glasses in stock. They also had a sign at the counter showing that you could order all 4 for $6.99. So I only had to order 1 meal and was able to get all 4 glasses! Sweet!
The lady behind the counter said that they were down to their last case today, they've been going fast.

I have the Kirk so far (I'll be seeing my parents this Sunday for Mother's Day, and they got me a set from a BK down near them), and mine didn't have any imperfections.
But, it is quite dishwasher safe. It's been washed in there 2 times so far, and still looks fine, and still feels fine (no cracks, chips, etc.)

I picked up the Kirk glass today. I also rolled the dice and ordered a Kids Meal too. It had the little min-Kirk in it so that was cool.
I got the Kids Meal with the new Mini Burgers and they might have been one of the nastiest things I've ever eaten.

That makes me feel screwed. I might have to buy a 3rd Kirk from a different Burger King then so I have a perfect one in my collection.
